Basketball Fan Site

So since they’re in the same location and play on the same court I guess they compete for fans. And I’m just wondering if any one from LA likes the Clippers more than the Lakers. I would really like for those Clippers fans to answer this question and tell why they like the Clippers more.

National polls have revealed that 87.5% of all Cleveland Cavaliers fans live in or near Cleveland or they have lived in or near Cleveland at a point in their lives. (Clearly not bandwagonners.)

National polls have also reveled that 66.1% of all LA Lakers fans DON’T live in or near Los Angeles and have NEVER even been to LA.

So, which team has more bandwagonners? I think you know now.

Sorry if I was being kind of rude by saying “non-Lakers fans only”, but I really would like to know the opinions of the other teams’ fans.
I mean, I was rooting for the Rockets (my fav.), and its okay that they didn’t win or anything but still…
and I think that the Magic did okay because they are the underdogs.
Adding onto the fact that the Lakers are far more advanced than them, the Magic did get pretty far.

Hey I said lakers fans only

I know that is sort of a dumb question, but I’ve wondered how you guys know which team to choose. I know that for the 2 colleges, USC and UCLA, people support based on stronger connections to which school. Do you guys support one over the other because of the players you like, team prestige, or is it connections.

I haven’t really been watching the Pistons. But I do look at Iverson’s stats. I’ve noticed that he hasn’t been shooting well and that he has turned the ball over a lot. But he has a lot of assists and a lot of steals. I don’t understand why Pistons fans don’t like him.
Kobe didn’t ruin the Lakers. If he ruined them then they wouldn’t be in the position that they’re in now and they were in last year.

Everybody wishes deep down that they could be apart of the spectacle that is the LA Lakers.

Lakers have the best fans and a 2009 NBA title that is also given out to them.

Why does everybody dream of being associated with the Lakers?

How many do you think we would be hearing “Kobe Bryant cant win without Shaquille Oneal” If the Lakers did not win the title? I remember that last year how many times they did.

the fans? The location? the success?

has devoted little coverage to this nationally?
